I can’t find where the Cloud Textures presets went. The message said they were downloaded, no errors, but they are not listed by the presets Clean and Simple and Wanders and Walkabout. Those two downloaded and show up in the list just fine, but not the Cloud Textures.

      Hi Norma,
I’m going to take a guess here, and I’m assuming the “no errors” you’re referring to is when the textures were installed. Textures are different than presets. You won’t find them in the Presets pane in Effects.
You will find textures in two places:
      1. In Layers, go to the left pane and choose the Extras tab. Double click the “My Extras” folder and then the “Textures” folder. You should see the textures there.
      2. In Effects, add a Texturizer filter. In the filter options for the Texturizer, open the ‘Category’ pulldown menu. Scroll down in to the “My Textures” area and you’ll find the texture pack. Select it. The use the ‘Texture’ pulldown to select individual textures from the pack.
If this doesn’t get it sorted, please contact ON1 customer support for more help.
