blake rudis and jim welnisnski recommend in photoshop to use three layers : a color enhancer (to artificially boost some colors) +black and white (for colors) + gradient map (for tones).
unfortunately there is no gradient map in ON1.
Here you are using bleach bypass and it makes a beautiful effect over black and white filter.
how does a bleach bypass filter work ? does it behave like gradient map ?
