ON1 Plus is your photo club: a place to share what you’ve learned, ask questions and help each other make better photos. These are our simple guidelines.
Improve the discussion
In every topic you join, aim to make the conversation better. Be respectful and rational. Debate the idea, not the person behind it.
Skip sarcasm meant to insult, including backhanded compliments. Keep politics out of the forums. If you want to share your thoughts on public policy or elected officials, please use another place online.
ON1 etiquette
Remember there’s a real person on the other side of the screen. Before you post, ask yourself: would I say this to their face? If you ran into another member, or someone who works at ON1, would you say it to them in person?
Prohibited content
Harassment
Illegal content
Hateful content
Spam
Profanity
Topics not related to photography
Obscene or explicit (NSFW) content
Moderation
ON1 and our moderators may remove any content or any account, for any reason, at any time. New posts aren’t reviewed before they’re published, and we want to keep it that way. That only works when everyone follows these guidelines.
Best practices
-
1
Post in the right forum
Pick the forum that fits your question best. A question about masking in Photo RAW belongs in ON1 Apps, where everyone can find the answer later.
-
2
Send bugs and account issues to support
For crashes, bugs or account problems, contact ON1 Support. Members can share workarounds here, but our support team can troubleshoot your setup.
-
3
Search before you post
Use the search box at the top of every forum page and try a few keywords first. Your question may already have an answer.
-
4
Let answered topics rest
If a question was answered more than a month ago, start a new topic instead of replying to the old one. Reviving old topics pushes them back to the top and makes it harder for everyone to find what’s new.
Your membership is also covered by the ON1 Plus Terms and Conditions.
