Easily paint light into your photo to stir up the style. Start by cropping and developing the tone and color. Add a Sunshine filter to add some contrast and fall color. Mix in a couple local adjustment layers so you can add light and dark into specific areas. Finish with a Vignette to taste.
In this video, you will learn how to take advantage of the powerful Local tab in ON1 Photo RAW 2019. Local adjustments can be used to apply a gradient filter to darken a sky, for example, or to add a more complicated vignette to an image. Local adjustments are in essence a mask that is applied to a portion of your image, and you can manipulate those masks in powerful ways with both the blending modes and the luminosity options in the Local tabs. You can apply these adjustments using either the Adjustment Brush or the Adjustable Gradient (or both, if desired).
