Tips for Prepping Your Photos for Print
Prepare your photos for print in minutes using ON1 Photo RAW. Using soft proofing you will be able to see how your photo will look on paper when it’s printed. You can also choose different color profiles to help if you are printing on different printers and paper or if a photo lab needs a certain color profile to print from. The gamut warnings will show you all of the colors that won’t translate well onto paper. If you need to adjust any settings, create a version of your photo that you can adjust, rather than modifying your original copy.

Farewell Whitney Stevens: BONUS Video & August ON1 Plus Recap
What a fabulous month! I truly enjoyed this elements course and I hope that you guys were able to pull a few tips out of the information that I shared. Before I completely sign off, I wanted to give you guys one final bonus video. While staying at the beach to create this course, I fell in love with the window light in the house we rented. This video will share a little more information about window light and how I made it work for me. I will also edit the photo in effects to create a beautiful Black & White photo to I had envisioned for this shot.
“Sun” Exploring Elements of the Beach
Sun? Or is it Fire? I am told our last element should be “Fire” But ironically while I was creating this course for you guys there was a fire ban here in Oregon. They were putting up signs on the beach while we were shooting. So I decided, Sun was more appropriate for our final element. Sun can be your friend or your enemy. It is good practice to learn how to work with it.
Fix Any Photo Using Local Adjustments
Quickly fix and enhance any photo using local adjustment layers inside of ON1 Photo RAW. Local adjustments are a great tool to use when you’re looking to apply edits to particular areas on your photo. They are non-destructive and allow you to manipulate, fix, and enhance any specific area on your shot. They are great for subduing distractions or adding in areas of exposure and detail. You can use your local adjustment brush or gradient to apply styles to different areas. Once you’ve applied a local adjustment you can always go back and readjust those controls later.

How to Edit Action Photography
Easily edit action photos using ON1 Photo RAW. Setting the overall tone for your action photos is important especially if they are a little underexposed. Once the tone and color is set for your photo, you can use your crop tool to make sure whatever is doing the action is the main subject of your frame. After setting the tonality and cropping, head into Effects to start adding creative filters to your action shot.
