I had to listen it 4 times before I could work out that he said film strip view mode. sounded more like “fill ship” to me. Must be the difference between English and US English.

On some of my photos I want to write a brief story in white space below the photo (like Duane Michals frequently does), in order to express the mood in images and with text, too.

How can I create a white canvas and then fit my photo on it with enough white space below and around it so I can use the text tool on the white cavas layer? I’ve tried so many times to do it but only part of my photo ever fits on the white canvas.
Can you show me the steps? I have a learning disability so I am quite dumb and it takes me a while to learn things others can learn quickly.
