Open Perfect Eraser
Perfect Eraser removes signs, pipes and other distractions. In 2027 it has new non-AI methods that run fast, even on slower computers.
Choose a Method
The Method decides how Perfect Eraser fills in what you remove. Pick it to suit what's behind the object.
Paint Over It
Paint over the whole object you want to remove, with a little room around the edges. The red shows your stroke.
Check the Result
Let go and Perfect Eraser fills the area. The brick rows carry straight across, so it's hard to spot the edit.
Click RetouchIn the tool well on the left, click Retouch to show the retouching tools. Click anywhere to continue
Pick Perfect EraserClick the Perfect Eraser tool. Its options appear in the bar across the top, including brush Size. Click anywhere to continue
Click the gear, then MethodStructure Shift keeps brick, siding and other repeating patterns lined up. Patch Match is best on smooth areas like skies or a backdrop. Legacy is the earlier Perfect Eraser. Click anywhere to continue
Paint over the objectHere the concrete strip on the left is painted out with Structure Shift. Tip: click, then Shift-click to paint a straight line. Click anywhere to continue
