ON1 Photo 10.5 Now Available

Includes updates to ON1 Effects, improved masking tools, and over 1000 new borders and textures
Once again, user feedback has been tremendous in helping improve ON1 Photo 10. We’ve been hard at work the past several months on improving the user experience. In this latest release, version 10.5, we’ve made improvements in several areas including; selectively applying effects, masking, additional creative content, and plug-in integration. ON1 Photo 10.5 is a FREE update for owners of version 10.

  • Effects Stack Masking Improvements — It is common for users to selectively apply filters in ON1 Effects using the available masking tools. New ON1 Photo 10.5 is the ability to see the filter layers that are masked. The mask icons are also much larger and it’s also  easier to add masks on the filter layers. In addition, moving and deleting unselected filter layers is much smoother. (Watch Video)
  • Perfect Brush Improvements — We’ve also improved one of our most popular masking tools, the Perfect Brush. The Perfect Brush is a unique, color-based, edge-detecting masking technology. When enabled, as you paint with the Masking Brush it collects the colors under the center of the brush and only masks those colors which protects the mask from being applied across edges. In version 10.5, we’ve added new options to adjust the color threshold and transition to get even better results on tough photos. (Watch Video)
  • Additional Borders & Textures — We’ve added 80 new borders and textures in version 10.5, plus there is a ton of additional borders and textures available from our website. ON1 users who loved the content from the PhotoFrame app will be able to download the additional content and use it with ON1 Photo 10.5. (Borders: Watch Video) | (Textures: Watch Video)
