Seeing this National Park has been on my bucket list for a long time. There’s a 2 mile trail circling the tower which affords you some spectacular views. The problem I came to discover is that the tower is so tall and the trail so close to the base is that all your photos are “looking up”! Had to get a couple of miles away to get a wide angle scenic of this. Sky was beautiful, weather nice. If you are unfamiliar with Devil’s Tower, watch the movie “Close Encounters of the Third Kind”.
