Seems there is a technical issue here, the video is not complete.

Sorry about that! Should work now 🙂

Around 3:05 a B&W overlay happens with adds for other tutorials. The ON1 logo blocks the view of Dylan selecting all the B&W filters. The overlay does not disappear (no need of it at all). Then the video ends before the tutorial should have ended.

Thanks Dylan. Really enjoyed the three different versions of converting to B&W. I didn’t realise there could be more depth applied by using the different filers. Great Tutorial.

Nice tuto.
What is exactly “constant” in channel mixer ? isn’t it also a rue that R+G+B cannot exceed 100 ?
Can we expect soon a gradient map filter which is sometimes more powerful on tones than black and white filter (more oriented “colors”) but which is also lacking in ON1 for amazing color grading.
Coming from sylver efex pro 2, I have difficulties in ON1 to make same deep dramatic B&W. Amplify black, amplify white, soft contrast and dynamic brightness are powerful sliders we would like to see in ON1 PR2020.

thanks for the video. ! I think a lot more of people could take advantage of these lessons, if you add english transcription, as i can do on youtube videos.
Many people with different motherlanguage, are more used to write and read than to ‘understand’ spoken pronuncing.
If you cant prepare different language version, please add subtitle or transcription , so many people can follow your lesson much better.
thank you 🙂

Hi,
yes would be great to have subtitles, however Dylan´s English is so clear and nice that I understand almost every word.
Thanks for the tips
