Pumpkin Spice Eiffel Tower

Paris France, October 6, 2023. My wife and I are early risers and spent a week in Paris. This photo was taken with an iPhone (shot in Raw). It was about 7am. The area around the Eiffel Tower was deserted save a couple of drunks sleeping it off on the grass. At the time there was some construction at the tower – and it was walled off with plexiglass. I was placed my iphone flush with the glass and took the shot.

Editing notesThere was LOTS of cleanup ergo the dark area at the bottom. The texture especially in the sky was light refraction in the plexiglass. I cropped the photo to get that daunting perspective. The “look” was created using a preset called Pumpkin Spice in a collection called “Spooktacular” that Whitney Stevens posted when I was beta testing ON1. That preset, (thanks Whitney) gave my photo a life all its own.
