First Dance

August 17 2024 Calgary Alberta. My daughter’s first dance at her wedding. This is an iPhone photo show in raw. I started working on it in ON1 to remove a TV in the background and then just keep going. This picture captures their love.

Editing notesLots and Lots of work and lots and lots of filters …. Cloned out TV with brick and on fabric, LOTS of cloning and healing, same erased overhead lights, erased a bit of a bystander on one side. Blured the bulbs in the LOVE sign, Upped the brightness of the reflection, black and white filter, sunshine on the couple, a bit of dynamic contrast on various textures eg floor, a very subtle vignette, locally adjusting the shadow etc. Adjusted tone.
