Ash-throated Flycatcher with prey
Taken on a back road near Dufur, Oregon east of the Cascade mountains. It was 9:26 am on June 6 and the bird was taking insects to a nest hole to feed it’s brood. I used my Olympus OM1 camera with my 150-400 F4.5 lens fully zoomed out. This was during a Bird Alliance of Oregon field trip. This photo was a treat for us since my wife especially wished to see this bird on this trip. Thanks for looking and hope you liked it as that is really the point of taking pictures anyway.
