Hi everyone! Thanks again everyone that submitted a mobile photo for this contest. There were so many amazing photos, but only three people could win. Watch this video to find out who Matt and Hudson awarded the prizes. Congratulations to the three winners!
In just about any software app out there, you’ll find there’s different ways to do things. Everyone has a specific workflow and way of doing things that works for them. ON1 apps are no different. In Effects for example, there’s various ways to add filters and I’ve noticed over time that everyone gravitates toward one side of the screen or another when doing it. So I figured I’d do a quick video showing you some of the different ways, and hopefully open up a few little tips and tricks for you. Enjoy!
Hi everyone! We know you’re all excited get your hands on the new ON1 Photo RAW app we’ve been busy building for you. Our developers are working very hard and things are coming together nicely.
I always see a lot of questions about moving from Photoshop to ON1 and when it’ll automatically create a new layer. So here’s a quick video that goes over some of the options you have, as well as a quick shortcut if you ever need a new layer, even after you’ve returned from ON1. Enjoy!
Thanks so much for checking out our videos during Mobile Week last week. One of the questions I saw a lot was from people asking me about the iPhone tripod/clamp that I use. Rather than just put links, I figured I’d do a quick video to show you both of the tools I use, and you could see them in action. Enjoy!
Masking is such a tough technique to do well, especially when you want to make a quick adjustment to your photo. Luckily, all of the advanced masking tools from ON1 Layers can be found in ON1 Effects. Accessing a few specific tools can help you make an advanced selection without spending hours masking a complicated photo!
The final of our three-part video series on sensor dust. Here is Part 3 on wet cleaning a digital sensor. Enjoy! Note: A list of links to the products I use are below…
ON1 Photo Via is a great way to keep your ON1 Browse Favorites and Albums synced up with your phone and tablets. It’s all built right in to ON1 and all you need is to download the Photo Via app in the iOS store (yes, it’s iOS only right now). Anyway, here’s a quick video to get you going and show you what it’s all about. Enjoy!
Whether you use Android, IOS, Mac or PC you can backup and edit your mobile images on the fly and for free using Dropbox and Snapseed. In this video I’ll showcase how I easily edit and automatically backup my mobile images and video to access in ON1 Browse or Lightroom on any computer I use.
What if I told you the most effective preset I have in my ON1 Effects Preset folder does absolutely nothing to my image? Well, it’s true, my favorite preset in ON1 does nothing for my photograph while doing everything for my workflow. Oh the word play!
I harp on three things in every one of my video tutorials, target Tone, then Color, then hit the Artistic Effects. In this tutorial, I will show you how to create a preset that will have no effect on your image, but will set you up for success while editing.
