Yawn – Great Supper, Time for Bed
This photograph was taken on 16 February 2024 in Shamwari Game Reserve in South Africa. A small group og us headed out just before dusk to a watering hole where the ranger in charge of out group believed the lions would be gathering. There was quite a wait before they started to appear. This fellow was quite lethargic, but very vocal, regularly roaring to the heavens.

Edited on On 1 Photo Raw 2024 Image cropped to square and then noise reduction. Dynamic contrast and colour enhancement applied overall. The background was blurred and then an overall glow was applied. Finished with a LUT, vignette and border.Exif information:
