Urban Solitude
Captured during a morning city walk (Budapest) on May 22, 2026, I was instantly struck by the dramatic contrast between the deep shadows of the narrow street and the radiant, sunlit dome of St. Stephen’s Basilica. My goal was to translate that powerful atmosphere into a timeless fine-art photograph. Using ON1’s Black & White presets provided the perfect foundation to isolate the monument and enhance the interplay of light and shadow.

Post processing notes:
The image was processed exclusively in ON1 Photo RAW 2026, starting with Brilliance AI for initial tonal balancing and a custom Black & White preset (enhanced by Color Enhancer and vignette adjustments), followed by the use of multiple Quick Mask AI local adjustments for precise isolation and the Healing Brush for the clean removal of a pigeon from the sky.Exif information:
