Post processing notes:

As a Cellphone picture my biggest concern was noise and mp I used nonoise to reduce color noise created when I upsized it using Resize. Increased color saturation and boosted warm colors . Used glow effect on streetlights, and Used a vignette to blur the window glass slight to differentiate the reflection from the street. Masked white streetlights from color saturation for a more natural look. Increased warmth and contrast in a selection of clouds that had a grey tone.
