HMS Bounty Sails into the Sun
This photo was originally taken in 2010 during the Tall Ships festival at Cleveland, Ohio. The ship is a replica of the famous HMS Bounty. In 2024 I created a new version of the original, using textures and lighting in On1 Photo Raw to achieve a more dramatic effect.
Post processing notes:
In ON1 PhotoRaw, I first did a sky swap, dropping in the sky Dramatic 008. Then I added a textures filter, selecting Rice Paper dark in Normal mode at 66% opacity. This was followed by a Photo Filter, using Skylight at 45% opacity; amount 20, Saturation 5, polarizer 20; Mode subtle. Finally, a vignette: Big Softy at -25 brightness, subtle.Exif information:
