Arctic Morning

Beneath a frozen overhang, I looked out toward the mountains as the sky shifted into soft pastels. The blue ice slabs below glowed with their own inner light, creating a surreal contrast between cold shadows and the warmth of sunrise. Swedish Lapland’s winter reveals its drama in the smallest details. I’m especially proud of the composition and how I was able to bring out the blue glow of the ice using On1. The image was shot using my Sony A7 iii, f4.5, 1/80 sec, ISO 100.
