    In order to use Keyword features do first need to catalog my images?

      Nope! You can use the keywords feature with any photo or library of photos

    I already have a lot of keywords in ON1. If I import keywords fro Lightroom, will it duplicate keywords? Will the import feature create the same hierarchy as in the list from Lightroom?
