Bee In Flight
Taken late afternoon next door as the bee was flying around. With a telephoto lesson I was able to take the image from a distance of about 45 using pro capture on an olympus camera. I liked the whole feel of the image that I ended up with.
Post processing notes:
Nonoise for noise only, resize was need as a fairly large crop was applied to isolate the bee and a fast shutter speed was used to freeze the wings. Masking was used to highlight the bee and masking was used to tone down the background. Mild dynamic contrasted was applied to the bee and big softie vignette. A white line was applied around image to separate if from the black outside background.
