Arc De Triomphe By Night
During the same trip to France on August 28, 2006, we visited the Champs-Élysées at night. One of the most striking sights was the iconic Arc de Triomphe. What amazed me most was that there are no traffic lights around the monument, despite it being encircled by twelve major avenues. The roundabout itself accommodates nearly ten lanes of traffic, creating a fascinating flow of vehicles coming from every direction. Witnessing this unique traffic pattern was truly impressive. Capturing the scene with my Sony DSC – F828 / 11mm in a photograph at 12:27:01 AM was a memorable moment that I simply could not miss.
