Young Ovahimba Mothers
During a trip around Namibia in 2022, I was fortunate enough to encounter these two young Ovahimba mothers with their children. The photo was taken in the northernmost part of Namibia, near Epupa Falls—one of the most beautiful places in the world I have ever seen.

Ever since I first started using ON1, I haven’t touched any other photo editing software. Every one of my photos goes through it, all shot in RAW. I always begin with the foundational Develop adjustments, sometimes meticulously, sometimes more casually, depending on how ambitious I am with the image. Then comes the fun part: experimenting with different presets until I find something interesting, after which I start fine-tuning the settings. For this particular image, I used the Ilford XP2 Super 400 preset from the B&W Films collection and tweaked the settings a bit.Exif information:
