Welcome to my Country
Photo was taken by Ross Ginsberg in the morning on December 20 2018 departing from a cruise ship. We were in PORT MORESBY in Papua New Guinea. We were greeted at the pier by locals in costume playing traditional music and showing local crafts celebrating our arrival.
Camera was a Sony a6300 and a Sigma zoom lens f5.6 at 1/1000.
Post processing notes:
The photo was cropped and adjusted slightly for perspective. Noise reduction and brilliance ai was applied. For filters I used tone and color adjustment to soften and blend a bit and added a bit of sunshine on the main subject. The background was blurred and a subtle vignette was added. Above the subjects head was another person and he was removed using on1 tools.Exif information:
