I have a crabapple tree right in front of my window so in winter I regularly see bohemian waxwings flocking around it to decimate the fruit population.
This one had a fruit in his beak and his head raised reminded me of someone offering a gift.
Post processing notes:
I used the 2023 version of Photo Raw. First: the cropping in 65:24 ratio (Xpan) served to isolate the subject from other branches around. Glow (charge more) and sunshine (glow) filters only on the background are used to reduce the highlights and mids while local adjustment are applied to the bird to increase luminosity and some details.Exif information:
