Oblation
We visited my old school which has this statue that serves as the symbol of the University of the Philippines called “Oblation,” which means a “selfless offering.” It was around late afternoon and the sunset was looking quite amazing with this purple hue going on. Right above the statue, I saw this aircraft leaving contrails and to me it appeared like an object falling from the heavens in response.

Post processing notes:
I used ON1 RAW 2025 to increase the shadows as I wanted more of the statue's silhouette. I also used lens correction to adjust for distortion. Then I used a mask for the sky, shifted the tint to emphasize the purple hue and pushed the vibrance up a bit.Exif information:
