Meditating Lemure

This picture is taken at Madagascar Andasibe National Park on November 2022, at around 5pm Local Time. The Subject is a Sifaka Lemur, more famously known as the Dancing Lemur, because of the way it moves. The timing of the shot was the critical element of the picture. I waited until the Sifaca stopped moving, and when I saw its sitting position including the “hands” location, I knew the monent is now. I used a Canon EOS R5 with the Canon RF 600mm F11 IS Stm Lens. The shot parameters were F11, 1/80 at ISO 1000.
