Photo was taken from a hotel window. Longer exposure while zooming out using a telephoto lens. The final effect is that the photo feels like lights are flying from the depth of the photo.
Post processing notes:
The emphasis is on the lights. Bump up the midtone, while lowering the highlight and shadow. A bit of structure. A bit of saturation and a lot of vibrance to enhance the colors of the lights. Cropped to 2.35:1 and done. Very basic edit since most of the work already been done in camera.Exif information:
