I tried to create a somewhat ethereal picture, blurring much of the flower while showing the raindrops resting on it.

This took a lot of sharpening and blurring. Beyond that, I used many changes in Develop/Tone and Color, AI sharpening and nonoise, dynamic contrast, vignette, LUTs, color enhancer, and color mixer.Exif information:
