Berlin, Kreuzberg 1982 (behind the wall)
The shot was taken with my Leica M6, Summicron-M 50mm, in the autumn of 1982, Berlin. The film was Kodak Tri-X 400, developed with a D76. On June 12, 2026 (!) I scanned the negative with my Epson V750 Pro and subsequently edited it in ON1 Raw Max and brought it to life with Restore AI, fine-tuned with ON1 HDR and Brillance AI. I took the shot as part of an article about Visual Communication, at the time an important component of Art Education in Germany. Street photography as a medium to show a little more about life in Berlin in the 80s.
