Barred Owl
While hiking the trails at the Dahlem Center in search of birds to photograph, I stumbled upon this barred owl sound asleep in a tree, it was a nice surprise.
Technical details:
Shot on an OM-1 Mark II with the OM 150-600mm lens at 600mm, ISO 640, 1/320s, f/8.
Post processing notes:
Edited in ON1 Photo RAW with noise reduction, default lens correction, tone and color adjustments, subtle dynamic contrast, background tone refinement, and a radial lens blur to draw focus to the owl.Exif information:
