Split Rock Lighthouse
This beautiful lighthouse Itsits atop a rock that juts out into Lake Superior about 20 miles north of Duluth, Minnesota. The lighthouse itself is accessible by car, and you can go into the lighthouse and surrounding buildings. To get this shot, however, I had to walk down what seemed like 100 flights of stairs (it was less than that) then make my way around to the point where I could take the shot. Then I had to make my way back up.

It was shot with my Canon T1i and edited with an earlier version of the software. It was called something else back then. Can't remember what. ISO 200; 1/125;f11. It has been reedited in On1 Photoraw 2025.Exif information:
