Pilot Mountain
This is Pilot Mountain, referred to as Mount Pilot on the Andy Griffith show. It is directly across from Pilot Mountain State Park, in North Carolina. The town of Mt. Airy where all of the locations in the show are found, is still a major tourist attraction.
