This was taken in the French Quarter of New Orleans, Louisiana early on a rainy morning.
Post processing notes:
I first cropped the image. I applied Brilliance AI to the photo. Then I applied a mask to the colorful chairs and the granite. I applied a Dynamic Contrast filter to it. I applied a mask to the chairs and added a glow filter. I used the healing brush to remove a couple of distractions. I finished the photo with a Vignette filter.Exif information:
