Just got round to trying out this new version. First impressions are not that good. It runs very slowly on my 2018 desktop compared with earlier versions.
I am considering going a version!

I shouls have checked preferences first, it seems. Changing the memory allocations has fixed the problem, I think.
A bit strange, though, as I have put them to where I thought I had then set on previoous versions of PR?

I’ve been digging around trying to get my ON 1 Raw 2023 downloaded and get using it since the end of October – about 4 months!! I also bought the package containing HDR, Effects, and so on.
Today I am closer than ever, but still no cigars. I will be looking for some basic instructional programs and start over.
I learn best when I can have instructions spelled out as I (try to) install the program such as EFFECTS and then hunt and peck on the keys to make some great edits.
I would hire a tutor, consultant, techie or whatever they can be called if I could find one!
If any of you go skiing at Whistler Blackcomb I would appreciate meeting you for some help on the way by.
