I have a bunch of photos taken on a trip to Tuscany years ago with the Canon G2. (Yes, that few pixels.) I’ve had good success using GF to get acceptable 8x10s. I can’t wait to run the best of them through again using the new Resize AI.

The early UI for Resize AI looks great. And will fit well inside of Photo Raw.
However, mostly I use Resize to ‘shrink things’, rather than to enlarge images. Such as full sized raw files down into the kinds of jpeg thumbnails that will fit on a camera club projector. Such as 1400 pixels wide by 1050 pixels high. And Resize does a very good job at this sort of work.
I note the ‘Resize To’ Option .. would it be possible to add in a present to set maximum height to X, and maximum width to Y? As camera club comps generally specify a maximum height and maximum width. So it would be a time saver, if the software could resize to make sure that the final thumbnail does not exceed the permitted dimensions. Especially as images can occasionally be cropped to non standard sizes, to get the best out of the image.

I’m an On1 Monthly subscriber. Will this allow me to download the standalone version of Resize AI at no additional cost, or do I need to wait until it is included in the next 2022 update of Photo Raw?

Such is life – I bought ON1 AI Resize and haven’t had the time to look at it yet – however can it be downloaded onto more than 1 device from a single purchase.
