Needs Water
I loved the look of this tree when I saw it, but it was mid-day light with a bald blue sky, and the camera image was not looking good. I was hoping maybe I could come up with something later in processing that would improve the look.
Post processing notes:
Using many of the tools in ON1 Photo Raw I pushed the edit pretty hard on one of the NEF images to actually come up with something I liked. The B&W conversion options let me darken the sky, and I used Split Tone and Dynamic Contrast to help separate the tree from the mountain and sky in the background, and the ability to use multiple layers allowed for easy placement of the moon.Exif information:
