Garden Etude
Shot at a retail nursery operated by my employer east of Austin, Texas. We had just had a pop-up thunderstorm, and after the rain had (mostly) stopped, I went hunting for some droplets on fresh flower petals. This giant daisy didn’t disappoint.
Post processing notes:
Edited exclusively in ON1 Photo RAW 2026.4, primarily using a LUT for monochrome conversion, plus some dynamic contrast on the center of the flower and some gradient local adjustments and a sun flare filter to shape the lighting. Finished off with a simple border and an analog film overlay texture.Exif information:
