Family day & pier.

During an unusually warm winter day in mid Jan this year I was in Pismo Bch. taking in the setting sun around 5:45 and grabbed some shots from under the pier and admiring the long shadows from the pilings. This family set up “camp” with their sun protective umbrella as mom enjoyed that and dad engaged with the children. I ended up going after the b&w version as it evened out the scene with the family element.
