Beauty and the Beast
I recently visited the downtown Atlanta neighborhood of Cabbagetown. Known for its artful grafitti and mural-lined neighborhood streets, it is a photographer’s playground! While walking one late afternoon taking some photos of the murals, I passed this mother and daughter out for a stroll. I turned just in time to capture the little princess at as she pondered the huge, scary looking cat.

Post processing notes:
When editing with On 1 2026.4, I cropped the image to include only the two main subjects and removed a distracting branch. I used people and subject masks to bring attention to the girl and the cat and made some small adjustments to color.Exif information:
