This photo was taken in 1976 at the US Arlington National Cemetery. It is the changing of the guard which always has a Marine on guard 24/7 – 365.

Taken on Kodak 100 Slide film, scanned, cropped, and edited using On1 Photo Raw Max. Using the Restore module the photo was brought back to life before further cropping and further editing.Exif information:
