Once you install the preset file, you’ll see these borders appear as a new preset category in your Preset pane. Alternatively, you can use Manage Extras to add them directly to your Border collection. To apply them, go to Effects and choose Add Filter > Borders, then look under the My Borders section for the category Watercolor Borders.
