The water colour textures are great, but although I have installed the water colour borders. I can’t find them, when I search the list of installed borders. I’m obviously doing something wrong, perhaps I need a reminder on how to use an apply these sorts of effects filters?

Once you install the preset file, you’ll see these borders appear as a new preset category in your Preset pane. Alternatively, you can use Manage Extras to add them directly to your Border collection. To apply them, go to Effects and choose Add Filter > Borders, then look under the My Borders section for the category Watercolor Borders.

how do you use the border my picture does not show up just the border

These default to normal overlay mode, which completely covers the image. Seems like it should be set to lighter maybe?
