Tryfan at Dawn

The shot was taken in the Ogwen Valley in Eryri National Park in NW Wales in 2025. I camped overnight and started my climb predawn to get this shot, one that I have been wanting to take for a very long time after a failed attempt several years back. The weather in the Welsh valleys is always unpredictable and I live over 300 miles away from this location. There’s nothing better than an epic hike, getting the shot and stopping for a well earned coffee to celebrate.
