The Blue Hut
1am in the morning; in the middle of nowhere No Nevada; this miner’s hut was used as a weigh-station for travels 125+ years ago. I added a blue light to the inside of the hut; added some light from the right to hit the foreground and exposed for the foreground, then, a dozen more shots to capture the Milky Way.
Post processing notes:
I used SLS to consolidate a dozen MW shots; then, brought the result into ON1 2024. Used the Transform tool to square up the hut and used layering to bring in the foreground. I then used the best tool ever, the Curves tool to add contrast to pop the MW. A little Dynamic Contrast to the foreground and an extremely modest vignetting and voila! The Blue Hut.Exif information:
