Pacman Nebula
This is a 13 hour photograph I took of the Pacman Nebula…aka NGC 28.. through my telescope while tracking the night sky. Each photo was a 3 minute exposure which was stacked with several other images of the same exposure to give 13 hours of integration. After stacking, I edited the colors, contrast, noise removal, and sharpening in On1 Photo 2024. This photo was taken in Washington state under light polluted skies in 2024.
