I’ve known this tree for most of my life. It’s nice that it still exists and that the landscape around it hasn’t been built on yet. This infrared image was taken with a 590nm filter, which was processed with different white balance settings as layers in ON1 and then combined as stamped Layer
Post processing notes:
First, the image was developed in the Develop Module so that the color and tonal values for the foreground were correct. I used Channel Mixer, Color Adjustment, Color Enhancer, Curves and Tone Enhancer with different masks. Another layer was used to edit the image in relation to the tree. The same effects were used here too (but with different settings, of course). In a further step, the two images were combined with a corresponding mask. In the last step, a stamped layer was created, to which I applied LUTs, Dynamic Contrast, Glow and Vignette. A customer camera profile was used as the basis for the development. Although ON1 has implemented various improvements for the processing of infrared images in recent years, I would like a little more leeway with the white balance. Just one wish ;-)Exif information:
