Jump
When we brothers meet, we usually take a group photo of the four of us.
This time the remote control did not work. So, I had to use the timer instead,
and try to get us all to jump at the right moment and all att the same time.
This wasn’t the only picture I took, but the only where we all where in the air
at the same time.
Post processing notes:
Before editing, the sky was overexposed and the four of us where underexposed. Using various filters and masks are easy in ON1 Raw. I first adjusted the tone in the "Tone & Color" section to get a good exposure for the jumpers. That made the rest of the photo too bright. I then used the super select to mark us and the refine brush to refine the mask. Then I inverted the mask and masked away the forground. Now I had a mask that could be used to adjust the sky. The left part of the sky was adjusted with another adjustment. The forground was adjusted with a separate adjustment layer. I have alse used a number of effect layers to adjust different parts of the picture. Effects used are HDR Look, Vignette, Dynamic Contrast and Curves.Exif information:
