Joke, in His Kingdom
This photo was taken in 2019 in our garden, where Joke, my dog, stood calmly watching the world around him. He had a natural presence gentle, observant, and full of quiet strength. The soft light that day highlighted the warm tones of his fur and the serenity in his gaze. Joke passed away in 2021, but this image remains one of my most cherished memories of him.

The photo was edited entirely using ON1 Photo RAW. I used basic tonal adjustments to enhance the natural light and warmth of Joke's fur. Selective sharpening was applied to his eyes and facial features to draw focus, while subtle noise reduction preserved the softness of the background. I slightly adjusted the color balance and contrast to maintain a natural, serene mood true to the original scene. No compositing or external elements were used everything in the image is original and as captured.Exif information:
