Foggy Forest Breakthrough

I love taking pictures in the fog, and over the years I’ve found the best ones usually come when the sun is trying to break through. As an amazing example of “you should always have your camera”, this scene suddenly appeared right around the corner from my house as I was driving away in 2015. I had to stop and capture it, the sun and fog was amazing when positioned within that stand of pines. This is probably one of my all-time favorites of photos that I’ve taken.
