Floating houses Sulawesi

In May 2025 we were traveling in Sulawesi. One of the places was at Sengkang. At the end of the day we were picked up by a small boat, which took us via a trip across a large and very clear lake to one of the floating houses. From the small boat I photographed the house. A very simple house, floating on a large number of bamboo poles. When we were almost there, there was (what later turned out to be) a guest. He would stay there that night. After coffee and fried banana we go back to our hotel in Sengkang. This photo gives my a great sense of Zen.
